Introducing our November Food Hug a delicious Vegan Parsnip Soup.
This is a creamy, earthy dish with a subtle sweetness, made by blending tender parsnips with aromatic herbs. The parsnips are also from our farm!
If you need a fast to to meal, this is perfect. It comes frozen. Defrost and eat or store it for the perfect day. This soup is one litre which makes 4 portions depending on bowl size.
Ingredients:
Garlic cloves from our farm, parsnips from our farm, carrots from our farm, potatoes from our farm, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground turmeric, vegetable broth, coconut milk, olive oil & onion.
Pick-up Instructions:
This frozen soup will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, November 28th, between noon-6pm. If this day does not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time.
