About the meal:
Dive into our vibrant Super Soba Noodle Bowl, a nourishing fusion of farm-fresh ingredients and traditional flavours. This bowl features tender soba noodles tossed with a medley of vegetables and marinated tofu, all drizzled with a tantalizing dressing.
Dressing: A harmonious blend of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, and a hint of honey, creating a balanced and flavourful sauce that ties all the ingredients together.
Marinade: Our tofu is bathed in a savoury-sweet mixture of soy sauce, sake, honey, and a touch of ginger, infusing it with rich flavours.
This month's meal was inspired by Chef Allison Mitchell.

Soba noodles, Tofu, Pak Choi, Sunflower Oil, Spinach, Asparagus, Cabbage, Edamame, Mushrooms, Green Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Cilantro, Rice Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Honey.
Pick-up Instructions:
Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, June 27, between noon-6pm and Friday, June 28 at Hope House from 9am-noon. If this day does not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time. Please note we are closed July 1.
