Puebloan dark mole over fire grilled peppers stuffed with a chorizo tofu picadillo.
The fire grilled peppers provide a smoky and charred taste, perfectly complementing the savoury filling of chorizo tofu picadillo. This unique combination of ingredients creates a harmonious blend of textures and flavours.

Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday January 25, between 12:05pm-6pm and Friday January 26 at Hope House between 9:15am-noon. If these two days do not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time.
