Ecologically grown Porcelain garlic from North Field Food Farm, where we grow produce for the Hope House Food Market on a one-acre market garden using human-scaled, no-spray and low-tillage farming practices. By purchasing our Porcelain garlic, you will be helping to sustain the farm's main purpose of supplying an abundance of fresh, high quality vegetables and fruit to the Hope House community.

Porcelain garlic produces large, plump cloves with smooth white skins and a strong, robust flavor. They store well and are known for their high allicin content (great for health benefits).
