About the meal:

The Navratna Korma harmoniously combines fresh vegetables with aromatic spices like ginger, garlic, turmeric, onion, and cashew nuts. This flavourful blend creates a delightful culinary experience, balancing spices and sweetness. Perfect for those seeking a dish with a unique flavour combination. It is served with a side of rice, it is Vegan and GF.

Ingredients: Green beans, corn, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, peas, onion, cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, sugar, turmeric, Masala Spice (cardamom, cinnamon, coriander, cloves and cumin) and rice.

Please note vegetables additional vegetables may be added from the North Field Food Farm. (They will be indicated at pick up.)

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thaw in fridge and then microwave in 2 minute intervals until warm (make sure to stir between intervals).

or Preheat oven 350 degrees transfer frozen meal to oven proof dish and cook for about 30 min or until reaches internal temp is 170 degrees.

Pick-up Instructions:

Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, September 28th between noon-6pm and on Friday, September 29th between 9am-noon at Hope House.
