About the meal:
Tender roasted beets and crisp mixed greens are tossed with tangy goat cheese, sweet candied walnuts, and thinly sliced red onion. A zesty dressing of apple cider vinegar, shallots, grainy mustard, and fresh thyme ties the flavors together, creating a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and earthy notes, a bright, seasonal salad that celebrates fall’s rich flavors.

Vegetarian and gluten free. Can be made vegan by removing the cheese, please add a note if you'd like yours to be made vegan. Can be nut free by removing the nuts, please add a note if you'd like yours to be nut free.

Pick-up Instructions:
Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist Church (255 Woolwich Street) on Thursday, November 27th between 12:00pm-6:00pm.
If this day does not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time during Hope House operating hours.
