About the meal:
This curry is one of the most popular dishes in Japan commonly served with rice, udon, and bread. Often times curry bricks are made like we use bouillon cubes (consisting of a roux and spices). Japanese curry is a wonderful home cooked meal that has umami, sweetness, and earthiness.
Ingredients:
Tofu, onions, garlic, ginger, farm vegetables, green eggplant, carrots, squash, bok choy, vegetable stock, maple syrup, soy sauce, mirin, curry powder, mustard seed, cinnamon, bay leaf, cardamon pods and sticky rice.
Please note vegetables will be added from the North Field Food Farm. (They will be indicated at pick up.)
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Thaw in fridge and then microwave in 2 minute intervals until warm (make sure to stir between intervals).

Preheat oven 350 degrees transfer frozen meal to oven proof disband cook for about 30 min or until reaches internal temp is 170 degrees.
Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, August 24th between noon-6pm and on Friday, August 25th between 9am-noon at Hope House.
