About the meal:

A comforting, plant-based stew bursting with Caribbean flavors. Sweet potatoes and a mix of black beans, green pigeon peas, and roasted red peppers are simmered with aromatic onions, garlic, ginger, thyme, and a touch of jerk seasoning, then finished with coconut milk and served over fragrant rice and peas for a hearty, satisfying meal.

Vegetarian, Vegan, & Gluten Free. 

Ingredients: 

Onions, oil, garlic, ginger, coriander, jerk seasoning, thyme, tomato, red wine vinegar, sugar, vegetables, sweet potato, black beans, roasted red pepper, green pigeon peas, scallions, allspice berries, scotch bonnet pepper, salt, pepper, long grain white rice, and coconut milk.

Pick-up Instructions:

Meals will be ready for pick-up at First Baptist Church (255 Woolwich Street) on Thursday, January 29th between 12:00pm-6:00pm.

If this day does not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time during Hope House operating hours.
