Ecologically grown Carpathian garlic from North Field Food Farm, where we grow produce for the Hope House Food Market on a one-acre market garden using human-scaled, no-spray and low-tillage farming practices. By purchasing our Carpathian garlic, you will be helping to sustain the farm's main purpose of supplying an abundance of fresh, high quality vegetables and fruit to the Hope House community.

Carpathian garlic is a type of Rocambole garlic with easy-to-peel wrappers, rich, full-bodied flavor, and a shorter storage life compared to Porcelain but prized for its taste.
