This is one of the most iconic cakes in Vietnamese cuisine! The cake gets it name from the distinct honeycomb pattern created during cooking process. This contains no honey and is gluten free.

- coconut cream, pandan extract/ vanilla extract, sugar, eggs, tapioca starch, rice flour, cream of tartar, bicarb of soda, canola oil, salt
