About Miso Soup
Rich in nutrients: Miso contains many healthy vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, manganese, zinc and protein. Many of these nutrients support essential structures like the bones and nervous system. It can also help the body maintain healthy bacteria levels.
Ingredients: White miso paste, water, soybean, rice, salt, ethanol (small amount in the miso paste), wakame, seaweed, dried Shitake mushroom, daikon radish, green onion, tofu.
The soup will be ready for pick-up (with your preordered meal) at First Baptist in Guelph on Thursday, August 24th, noon - 6pm and Friday, August 25th between 9:00am-12:00pm at Hope House.
If these two days do not work for you, respond to your order confirmation email, and we can arrange an alternate pick-up time at Hope House.
Please note that meals not picked up within a week are donated to a community member in need.
