Ecologically grown Purple Stripe garlic from North Field Food Farm, where we grow produce for the Hope House Food Market on a one-acre market garden using human-scaled, no-spray and low-tillage farming practices. By purchasing our Purple Stripe garlic, you will be helping to sustain the farm's main purpose of supplying an abundance of fresh, high quality vegetables and fruit to the Hope House community.

Purple Stripe garlic has striking purple streaks on its wrappers, a slightly sweeter, more complex flavor, and is often considered one of the best for roasting.
